Cornichon is a French term for a small crisp pickled gherkin. Lefktros Cornichons in vinegar are sourced from Greece and have a mildy sweet, tart flavour. They are ideal for both adding flavour and texture to a dish or used as a garnish.
They are particularly good with fish, a great addition to an antipasti board and an essential ingredient of Sauce Tartare.

Gherkins, Water, Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Preservatives (Acetic Acid, Potassium METABISULPHITE), Stabiliser (Calcium Chloride), Onions, Dill.
